Accommodation
Accommodation is an essential part of your stay in Barcelona. That's why it is very important to us that you feel comfortable. We offer you accommodation in host families, shared flats or student residences according to your interests and needs. We carry out a meticulous selection and an exhaustive tracking of the accommodation. We do our best to offer you a place located as close as possible to the school or one that is well communicated by public transport.
Whichever option you choose, accommodation will be available from Sunday before the beginning of the course until Saturday after the end of the course. You may also book some extra days, depending on your needs. More than three extra days will be deemed a full week.
We offer the following accommodations:
Host family
Staying in a host family is the best option in order to deepen and improve one’s knowledge of the Spanish language, as it offers the possibility to talk Spanish actively with locals as well as to get to know the customs and culture of Spain. We always take the student’s preferences as well as his profile (e.g. age, allergies…) into account in order to find a suitable family.
This type of accommodation includes towels, bed linens, laundry service (once per week only for stays superior to a week) and a set of keys. Concerning meals, only breakfast or half board is included. It is important to inform us about the hour of arrival to make sure that the family is at home.
Shared flats
If the student would like to live in an international atmosphere and to be more independent, the best option is a shared flat.
This type of accommodation includes bed linens, utilities expenses, access to the totally equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine and iron), shared bathroom, keys and TV. Most flats also have Internet access (Wi-Fi). It is essential to keep the apartment clean as a sign of respect for the other tenants. Before receiving the apartment keys upon arrival, you will be charged €100 which will be returned to you at the end of your stay given no damages, non-compliance to the norms, or no loss of the keys are observed.
Student residences
This option is best for students that want to have an international experience but at the same time prefer to have more services than in a shared flat.
This type of accommodation includes bed linens, shared bathrooms, room cleaning, a set of keys as well as access to the TV room, study room… All student residences have Internet access (Wi-Fi). There is no access to the kitchen.
There are different kinds of residences. According to location, equipment, conditions etc the prices will change. The previous prices are an indication, for this reason we suggest to ask for a quotation considering the student’s preferences.
This kind of accommodation is usually only available during summer but you can contact us in order to check availability on other dates.

Pick-up service
The school offers the possibility to collect the student on the arrival and/ or departure day and take him/ her to the destination (Airports Barcelona/ Girona/ Reus, train station, bus station or harbour of Barcelona).
