For any of the French courses, the student needs to do a level test so that we can assign him to the right group.

We offer different French courses:

ACADEMIC COURSE
Our general French courses consist of grammar and vocabulary aiming at the student’s improvement of communicative abilities.
Classes take place in our school; our teachers are native speaker, graduates and have experience in teaching French. Our French courses are designed for adults and youngsters aged 16 plus. The groups are very small with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6/8 students which makes it a very intensive and personalized learning experience.

The academic extensive French course consists of 3 hours per week divided into 1.5 hours on two days. Duration of the course is from October to June. Nevertheless, we also open groups in the course of the academic year.

INTENSIVE SUMMER COURSE
In summer (July – September), Pylmon Languages also offers intensive French courses.
These courses are designed for students that dispose of more time and that want to take advantage of their summer holidays in order to improve their French.

In the course of the academic year we also organize intensive English courses sporadically.

PREPARATION FOR OFFICIAL EXAMS
Apart from the general English courses, we also offer courses dedicated to the preparation of official exams.

There are three exam dates each year: one in February, one in June and another one in September
Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française – DELF - Levels A1 / A2 / B1 / B2
Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française – DALF - Levels C1 / C2

The minimum amount of students to open a group is 3 and lessons take place in the course of the academic year (October – June), although we also offer intensive courses which take place in the months before the exam.

The language school takes care of the inscription for the exam in the examination centre; this service is for free.

PRIVATE CLASSES
The private classes are dedicated to people that need high flexibility with regard to their schedule and that have little time. In order to benefit from the classes to the fullest, this is the best option as the student will be able to study in his own pace.
The content as well as the schedule and starting date will be adapted to the student’s needs and objectives.

We also prepare special programs with specific topics for our private classes; for example one of the following French courses:
Preparation for official exams, Business English, conversations classes…

In case the student has studied French before, it is very recommendable to do a level test. In order to design the classes with the corresponding teacher appropriately, the student’s preferences will be taken into account by our academic coordinator.

Due to the fact that our private classes always take place with the same teacher and at a certain time, being on time is highly-recommended. In case that you cannot assist a class, you should let us know 24 hours beforehand, otherwise you have to pay the class.

IN-COMPANY CLASSES
We know that nowadays it becomes more and more difficult to have enough time at one’s disposal to come to class. This is the reason why we offer a team of professionals educated in teaching French as a foreign language that offer in-company classes.

We offer these French courses for individuals as well as for groups. Besides, we organize a special program for our students and take their wishes and objectives into account by preparing an academic program realizing their necessities and interests.

The content might either be general or focus on Business French.
