The vouchers are valid during 4 weeks, counting from the first day of classes.
The class cancellation should be communicated in writing at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the class will be considered as done.

ACCOMMODATION
FAMILY
In case of accommodation with a family, towels, bed linens, laundry service (once per week only for stays superior to a week), meals: only breakfast or half board (breakfast and dinner) and a set of keys, are included. Use of the telephone is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: please inform about the hour of arrival so that the family is at home.

SHARED APARTMENT
In case of accommodation in a shared apartment, bed linens, utilities expenses, access to the totally equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, iron), shared bathroom, keys and TV are included.
IMPORTANT: It is essential to keep the apartment clean as a sign of respect for the other tenants.
On your arrival day in order to receive the apartment keys you will be charged 100 € which will be returned to you at the end of your stay in case no damage, noncompliance of the norms, or loss of the keys are observed.

STUDENTS RESIDENCE
Available only during the summer.
In case of accommodation in a student residence the following services are included: bed linens, room cleaning, only breakfast, TV room, study room, washing machine for the students’ use. There is no access to the kitchen. There are different kinds of residences. According to situation, equipment, condition etc the prices will change. The previous prices are indicatives, for this reason we suggest to ask for a quotation according to student’s preferences. This kind of accommodation may vary depending on availability.

These prices are valid for pick ups from 08:00 am till 22:00 pm (arrival/departure time).
If you requiere your pick up service to be out of this timetable, the prices will have 30% surcharge.
CHANGES OF ACCOMMODATION
If you want to change your accommodation after the first week, you should pay 100€ of extra charge.
ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT COURSE
If you want to book the accommodation without attending a course, you should pay the extra charge of 50€ per person per week.
Application fee: 60 € (first book included)
